摘要
本文介绍了一种新型结构的A/D、D/A容错接口的组成及工作原理,这种容错接口巧妙地利用了A/D转换与D/A转换的互逆性。极大地简化了传统比较器及检错电路的设计,使用上与普通A/D、D/A转换接口相同。同时,该板还可工作于非容错方式,使板上各路资源得以充分应用,以适应各种不同的应用环境。最后,本文在理论上估算了容错接口板的可靠性与MTBF。
Abstract This paper presents the structure and principle of a new A/D,D/A fault一tolerant interface board. The design of comparator and fault一detector on this board isvery simple because it is based on the mutual relationship between A/D converter and D/Aconverter. This fault一tolerant interface can be used in the same way as ordinary A/D,D/Ainterface with very little change in software,Besides,this board can also be used in non一fauIt一tolerant operation without any resources on the board wasted.Finally,this paperproves the reliability of this board is higher than orainary ones by estimating through relia-bility model.
