摘要
贸易技术壁垒已成为影响我国出口贸易的主要非关税措施之一。发达国家或地区,尤其是美国、日本及欧盟,借助其在技术上的优势,纷纷利用安全、卫生检疫及各种包装、标签规定对进口商品进行严格检查。商品检疫和检验极大地影响我国农产品及食品的出口。为了突破此类限制,我国政府及企业必须严格进出口商品的品质检验制度,积极争取用技术手段解决外国对我设置的技术壁垒和障碍,我国质检机构也应给予企业技术支持。
TBT has become one of the major non tariff measures affecting our export trade. According to their technology advantage, developde countries and districts, especially the USA, Japan and EU, are making use of safety, health quarantine and packing to check the import goods strictly. Commodity inspection influences the export of our agriculture goods and foods. In order to break these restrictions, our government and enterprises must improve the quality inspection system; strive for solving foreign technology barriers; quality inspection bureau grant the company technology support.
