摘要
科学与技术的区分表现为认识论与价值论的跃迁,技术作为介入主客关系间物质实践的理性方式,其本质在于它与自然和社会所处的区域性的世界图景及条件性的有效制约技术统治论的核心观念混淆了科学理性与技术行为质的区分,并割裂了二者与人文精神的有效联系,从而陷入政治性意识形态幻象的错乱之中。
The distinction between science and technology can be found in the quality change between recognition and valuation. As a reasonable way intervening in the material practice between subject-object relations, the Essence of technology lies in the effective control over the regional prospect and conditions in which nature and society exist. The core concept of the theory of Technology Control confuses the essence distinction between scientific reason and technological action , and breaks up their relations with humanity spirit. As a result, it gets lost in the confusion of the vision of a political ideology.
