摘要
电子商务的发展有可能对个人隐私产生侵犯,从哲学意义上分析,发展电子商务与网络隐私保护要把握好“适度”的原则,明确现阶段矛盾的主要方面与次要方面,并通过法律的规范和强调运用道德建设来处理好二者的关系。
This article argues that the progress of E-business is likely to endanger online privacy.Seen from the perspective of philosophy, to develop E-business should follow the principle of moderation.The main and minor contradictions must be identified, and the relationship should be handled through the regulation of law and ethical construction.
