摘要
以人为本,革新人才培养模式是新世纪摆在我们高等教育管理者面前的重要任务。如何促进学生个性发展,构建多样化人才培养模式是本文探讨的重要内容。文章从多层次、多方面认真探讨了构建以学生为本的人才培养模式,这种模式对其他高等农业院校的人才培养具有一定借鉴意义。
It is an important task confronted by the administrators of higher education in the new century to practice “putting the students first” and to innovate the modes for turning out well-trained personnel. This paper discusses the ways to construct diversified modes for personnel training so as to promote the sound development of the personality of the trainees. The modes advocated in the paper may be used for reference in other agricultural universities.
