摘要
应用聚集经济原理,通过对适度城市规模影响因素的分析,采用理论与实际相结合的方法运用相应指标对长三角不同规模城市的效益进行了动态和静态比较分析,提出我国现阶段通过优先发展大城市提高城市化水平的基本原则,同时提出对东中西部不同经济发展水平的地区及不同的发展阶段,应采取因地制宜、因时制宜的城市化发展道路。最后对城市化过程中导致的“城市病”
By using the economic principle of come together, this paper analyzes the influential factor of suitable city scale, combining theories with practice. The cities in the ChangJiang triangle region were compared by index signs with dynamic and static analysis,which have different scales,and then, the author proposes that the big cities should have the priority to develop. At the same time, the eastern region, the central part and the western region,due to their different development level and stage, should have different urbanization strategy. Finally,the author analyses the ‘city disease’ occurred in the process of the urbanization.
