摘要
将冷藏车中常用的平流式冷凝器与常规的管片式冷凝器的结构和工作原理进行芘较, 详细分析了制冷剂在平流式冷凝器多孔扁管微通道内的传热和流动机理,认为制冷剂在非圆截面 微通道内流动和冷凝的过程中,当质量流速较低、干度较大时,表面张力对表面传热系数的强化效 果明显,对压降影响不大。分析的结果可为今后的研究、设计和校核提供依据。
The paper presents a comparison of the construction and working principle of the parallel flow type condenser with the traditional tube-fin condenser. The heat transfer and flow mechanism in the micro-channels of the multi-port extruded tube of the parallel flow type condenser are analyzed in details. It is considered that during the process of flow and condensation of the refrigerant in the micro-channel with rectangle sections, surface tension plays a significant role in the enhancement of the heat transfer coefficient at lower mass velocity and high vapor quality while little influence on the pressure drop. It can provide efficient evidence to the study, design and check of this type of heat exchangers.
