摘要
报道松香铝丙烯酸酯的合成及其软化点、酸值,阐明其增粘机理,并与松香比较,讨论其对丙烯酸乳液型复膜胶聚合转化率、粘度、剥离强度的影响,得出松香铝丙烯酸酯在复膜胶中使用具有比松香更好的效果。
The synthetical method of rosin aluminium acrylic ester and the acid number and softening point were reported in this paper. Its viscosity increasing mechanism was elucidated. The effects on the polymerization conversion the viscosity and peeling strength of the polyacrylic emulsion glue was discussed. In contrast with rosin,the result in glue is better than rosin.
