摘要
新形势给高校人才素质培养提出了更新更高的要求,法律素质教育已成为学校教育中不可缺少的内容。法律素质是造就“四有”人才的重要方面,是实现依法治国方略的重要前提,是对素质教育理论的进一步完善。对大学生法律素质培养必须加强系统法律理论知识的学习,培养对法的信仰,开展行之有效的法制教育活动,建立科学、客观的法律素质教育评价体系,建设良好法制教育校园环境。
The new situation has posed the newer and higher requirements for colleges and universities to foster the quality of talents and the education on legal quality has become an indispensable component of school education. This kind of quality is important for fostering talents with 'four haves', for implementing the strategy to rule the country by law and it has further perfected the theory on quality education. To foster such quality, we must strengthen the study of systematic legal theories and knowledge, cultivate the faith in law, conduct effective legal education activities, establish a scientific and objective system to evaluate the education and construct a favorable campus environment for the education.
