摘要
采用将NaCl琼脂固定液试管插入土壤的方法模拟土壤自然环境条件 ,对水稻幼苗耐盐性进行鉴定。结果表明 :该鉴定方法简便可行 ,对大田环境模拟性强 ,与其他鉴定方法相比较具独特性 。
To identify method for salt-tolerance in rice seedling using NaCl and agar stationary liquid inserted into soil and imitating soil natural environment condition. Results showed that the method posses more peculiarity especially while the study of roots character in rice seedling under salt stress conditions, because of its simplicity, feasibility and perfect simulation of farmland environment.
