摘要
针对还原染料筒子纱染色的色光波动问题,从染料还原、染色条件、氧化条件、皂煮条件、烘干条件等几个工艺因素方面研究了还原染料筒子纱染色的色光控制方法。通过对获得的实验数据进行综合分析,掌握了影响色光的主要工艺因素,从而达到控制色纱色光稳定性、提高色纱产品质量的目的。
Aiming at the problems of colour fluctuation in cheese vat dyeing, methods of controlling colour shade are investigated from the reduction of dyes, process of dyeing, oxidizing, soaping and drying. The main factors affecting colour shade are determined by comprehensively analysing the experimental data obtained so that the colour stability of dyed yarn could be controlled and quality of the product improved.
