摘要
通过功率合成器将E类放大器的输出功率叠加起来,作为高效的大功率RF发射机的功率输出源;对E类放大器的工作特性和同相功率合成网络的隔离、合成特性进行了分析,在最佳工作条件下,导出了集电极电流、集电极 -发射极电压波形和负载网络参数;给出了千瓦级同相功率合成实用电路,为RF发射机的设计提供了参考依据。
The merge of the output power of class E amplifiers with the power synthesizer was used as the source of power of the RF emission machine with high efficiency and power. The operation behavior of class E amplifier and the isolation and synthetic characteristics of the same phase power synthetic network are analyzed in the paper. Under the optimum operation condition, the waveforms of the collector current and collector-emitter voltage, and the values of the load-network components are determined. A kilowatt-level synthetic circuit applying the same phase power is given, which provides a reference basis for the design of the RF emission machine.
