介绍了国内外已使用氢气回收净化装置的流程配置,使用特性。比较分析了使用过程中各种氢气净化系统的优点和不足,提出了合理选用氢气净化系统的建议。
The process installs and use property of hydrogen recovery purification equip at home and abroad are introduced . Aduantages and disavantages of various hgdrogen purification systen during the process of usage are compared and analyzed . Proposals of rational selection hydrogen purification styten are affered .
