摘要
山西票号是主营异地汇兑的金融机构,在人力资源管理方面,有三条经验可资借鉴:东伙间的信义关系为其一;经营权与所有权相分离的模式为其二;实行股俸制为其三。正是靠着这三条经验,最终成就了票号业的辉煌。
Shanxi piaohaos were financial instituies managing remitance among cities.They had three experiences might be refered:the first was the credit between owner and stuff,the second was the separation of managing right and owning right,and the third was the regulation transfering salary into stock.It was the three experiences insured the success of Shanxi piaohaos.
