摘要
目的 筛选蟑螂喜食的食物,为毒饵配制提供科学依据。方法 将相同重量的食物同时供蟑螂群体取食,比较蟑螂对不同食物取食量的大小。结果 在12种供试食物中,德国小蠊最喜食双狮牌鼠饲料,美洲大蠊和黑胸大蠊则最喜食万龙牌西湖速溶藕粉。结论 3种蟑螂对食物的偏好有差异,选择毒饵基饵材料时,应考虑均衡搭配。
Objective To screen the dainty for cockroach and provide scientific evidence for making baits. Methods The same weight of several foods were put in the aquarium with cockroach, then the food consumed by cockroaches were weighed and compared. Results Among the 12 kinds of food tested, Blattella germanica preferred to Shuangsi brand rat feedstuff, Periplaneta americana and Periplaneta fuliginosa preferred to Wanlong brand West lake instant dissolution lotus-root powder. Conclusion Blattella germanica, Periplaneta americana and Periplaneta fuliginosa had different food preference and the food should be chosen according to cockroach species during the formulation of baits.
