摘要
货物贸易和服务贸易是构成一国外贸不可或缺的两个有机组成部分,随着服务贸易在国际贸易中地位的不断上升,世界贸易结构正在发生深刻的变化。对1995年～2004年以来的浙江外贸发展分析表明,浙江服务贸易发展水平较低,处于竞争弱势,这与浙江货物贸易和总体经济发展状况极不相称。从战略意义看,实现浙江外贸结构从货物贸易到服务贸易的转换,逐步提高浙江服务贸易的国际竞争力,对于有效地参与国际分工,提高浙江的国际经济地位至关重要。
Goods trade and service trade are two organic parts of foreign trade. With the status of service trade in international trade going up continuously, the international trade structure is undergoing a profound change. Based on the analysis of the development of Zhejiang foreign trade from 1995 to 2004, the paper holds that Zhejiang is faced with many problems in its foreign economy and trade. The development of Zhejiang service trade is slow and still in a weak position, and matches neither with that of goods trade nor with the whole economic development. It is of great strategic significance for Zhejiang to gradually improve the international competitiveness of service trade by making the structural transformation from goods trade to service trade in order to participate in the international division of labor effectively and improve its international economic status.
