摘要
目的观察祛邪补肾活血法中药灌肠联合射频治疗性病后前列腺炎的疗效。方法120例病人随机分为3组。A组给予中药保留灌肠,1次/天,10天为一疗程。B组给予射频治疗,隔天1次,10天为一疗程。C组给予中药保留灌肠联合射频治疗,中药灌肠1次/天,射频隔天1次,10天为一疗程。观察3个疗程。结果C组给予中药保留灌肠联合射频治疗疗效明显好于其它两组,有效率为85.0%,与另两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论中药保留灌肠联合射频治疗性病后前列腺炎有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effects of retention enema by TCM (tratinal Chine-se medicine) that expelling pathogen, nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow, combining with radiofrequency for post-venereal disease prostatitis. Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups: cases in group A received retention enema by TCM , once a day and 10 days for a treatment course; cases in group B received radiofrequency treatment, once on alternate days, and 10 days for a course; while cases in group C received both retention enema by TCM once a day and radiofrequency treatment once on alternate days, 10 days for a course. All cases were treated and observed for 3 treatment courses. Results Cases in group C that received retention enema by TCM and combination with radiofrequency were much better than cases in other two groups, and effective rate was 85.0%. Comparing with those two groups, there was significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion Combining retention enema with TCM and radiofrequency treatment gets better effect in post-venereal prostatitis, and it is deserved to generalized in clinical treatment.
