摘要
当前,民办高校校园文化建设,尤其是环境文化建设取得了较大的成绩,但也存在着学生主体文化发展不高、教师主体文化引导不力以及环境客体文化保障不够等问题与困难。在现阶段推进校园文化建设,民办高校应特别注意以下三点:在校园文化建设内容上应把精神文化建设作为战略重点;在校园文化建设途径上应把开辟教师系列讲座作为精神文化建设的重要渠道;在校园文化建设主体上应把兼职教师作为主导精神文化来源的重要成员。
The paper presents the achievements in the construction of campus culture in non-governmental colleges and universities, especially in the establishment of cultural environments. It also reveals such existing problems as insufficient development of mainstream culture for teachers and students. To promote the cultivation of campus culture, the paper suggests that non-governmental institutions emphasize the spiritual culture, motivate teachers to lecture on intangible culture, and take part-time teachers as an important resource of mainstream culture.
