摘要 利用 79个辽宁松球壳孢菌菌株与 4个A型和B型标准菌株及 4个美国菌株进行菌落生长速度对比研究发现 ,除个别菌株外 ,辽宁菌株的菌落生长速度显著慢于供试的A型标准菌株和美国菌株 ;美国菌株与A型标准菌株的菌落生长速度相近 ,显著快于B型标准菌株 ;辽宁菌株之间也有显著差别。同时发现 。 Seventy-nine Chinese isolates of Sphaeropsis sapineafrom Liaoning Province were compared in growth with four US isolates and four standard isolates of morphotypes A and B. The results showed except a few ones, the Chinese isolates grew more slowly than type A and US isolates.The isolates of type A and US had a similar growth rate, which was faster than that of type B isolates.However,there were significant differences among the Chinese isolates.which grew similar to, faster or slower than type B isolate STB-1.Type B isolate STB-2 grew most slowly. It was indicated that light acclerated the growth of Sphaeropsis sapinea in vitro.
