摘要
通过分析低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)发泡树脂物性指标,针对加工厂家的要求和装置的特点,设计出了LDPE发泡专用树脂18F,确定了18F的物性参数和生产工艺操作条件,并进行了试生产和产品的加工应用试验。试验证明,18F树脂发泡性能优异,发泡倍率可达40,冲击回弹率可达39%,且加工性能优良,生产的制品泡孔均匀、细致,能满足用户的使用要求。
A kind of speciality low density polyethylene (LDPE) foaming resin, denominated as 18 F, was developed through the analyses on physical properties of foaming resins in accordance with the requirements of downstream processing enterprises and characters of the LDPE plants. The basic parameters of physical properties and operational conditions of production process of 18 F were determined; a trial production of 18 F and its processing experiment was carried out. The testing results show that the foaming power of 18 F is superior and its foaming times can be up to 40 or higher. The foamed articles prepared from 18 F features of uniform and close holes. The rebound resilience of the article can reach 39%. The speciality LDPE foaming resin has excellent processability and can meet the application requirements of downstream customers.
