聚偏氟乙烯乳液后处理工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)乳液凝聚、洗涤分离、干燥等后处理工序。结果表明,用凝聚剂破乳、离心分离的PVDF乳液后处理工艺是可行的,凝聚效果明显,凝集粒径达到了28—32μm;离心分离完全,洗涤母液的电导率小于5μS/cm,制得的PVDF制品色泽纯白。合适的后处理工艺条件为:凝聚剂硝酸铝质岔分数为1%、凝聚温度大于或等于60℃、凝聚搅拌转速为100r/min、树脂干燥温度115—120℃、树脂干燥时间24h。 This paper studied the post-treatment process of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) emulsion consisting of coagulation, washing-up, centrifugalization and drying procedure. The results indicate that the post-treatment process is feasible, which involves using coagulating reagent for emulsion breaking and using centrifuge for separating PVDF. The coagulation effectiveness is obvious; the diameters of the coagulated particles ranges from 28 to 32 (Jim. The conductivity of filtrated stock is lower than 5 μS/cm as a result of complete centrifugalization. The PVDF post-treatment process is as following: mass fraction of coagulating reagent Al(NO3) 1%, coagulation temperature equal to or higher than 60°C, coagulating agitation speed 100 r/min, resin drying temperature 115-120°C and drying time 24 h.
