摘要
采用Co(naph)2-Al(i—Bu)3-CS2催化剂,以加氢汽油为溶剂,合成了高间同立构1,2-聚丁二烯,讨论了催化剂各组分用量、单体浓度、添加第四组分等对聚合的影响,得出最佳工艺条件:n[Co(naph)2]/n(C4H8)为(1-2)×10-4、n[Al(i-Bu)3]/n[Co(naph)2]为25、n(CS2)/n[Co(naph)2]为15,丁二烯的浓度为0.15-0.25g/mL,聚合产物的1,2-结构含量在98%以上,间规度在99%以上,结晶度在75%以上;向体系中添加适量水、CH3CN可提高聚合活性、减小臭味、改善产物外观。
A kind of syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene was synthesized with taking Co(naph)2-Al(i-Bu)3-CS2 as catalysts and hydrogenated gasoline as solvent. The effects of active components' content in the catalyst, monomer concentration and addition of the fourth component on the polymerization reaction were discussed. The optimum process conditions were selected as followings: n[Co(naph)2]/n(C4H8) equal to (1-2)×10-4, n[Al(i-Bu)3]/n[Co(naph)2] 25, n(CS2)/n[Co(naph)2] 15 and the concentration of butadiene solution in gasoline of 0.15-0.25 g/mL. The resultant polymer possessed content of 1,2 configuration over 98%, syndiotacticity higher than 99% and crystallinity above 75%. Introducing appropriate amount of water and acetonitrile into the reaction system can raise polymerization activity, reduce odour and improve product's appearance.
