从改造电炉结构和调整炉料结构两方面探讨了电炉节能的新技术,并根据电炉冶炼的特点,通过理论分析和实验研究,提出了电炉节能的关键在于制备一种成本低、强度好、粒度均匀和比电阻高的新型复合炉料。经生产实践证明,这种复合炉料的效益十分显著。
his paper explores new technologies for energy-saving in electric furnace by reforming furnace structure and adjusting furnace burden and puts forward that the key to energy-saving in electric furnace is to develop a new type of low-cost, uniform-size, high-strength and high-specific-resistance composite burden. Production practice shows that the profit of the composite burden is very notable.
