摘要
目的:研究盐酸克林霉素注射液和维生素C葡萄糖注射液配伍的稳定性。方法:配伍液在4种不同条件下放置6h,观察其外观、pH值变化,测定盐酸克林霉素的含量。结果:两药配伍液的外观和pH值变化不明显,盐酸克林霉素含量稳定。结论:两药配伍后6h内稳定性无明显改变。
Objective: To study the stability of the mixed solution of clindamycin hydrochloride injection and vitamin C and glucose injection . Method: The appearance and pH of the compatible solution were observed and the content of clindamycin hydrochloride was determined in 6 hours after they were admixed. Result: There were no obvious differences in appearance and pH after compatibility. The content of clindamycin hydrochloride was kept stable. Conclusion: The two preparations can be kept stable for 6 hours.
