图像技术在循环流化床锅炉出口域浓度测量中的应用 被引量:4

Measuring Concentration at the Exit Zone in Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler by Image Techniques

摘要 本文针对循环流化床锅炉出口域全流场浓度测量问题 ,使用空间分辨率为 7 4 μm/像素 ,最大时间分辨率为 10 0 0 0帧 /s的CCD高速摄像系统获取流场图像 ,采用周长阈值、面积阈值以及“亮点”法确定像点中心坐标等颗粒像点识别技术 ,对上述流场浓度进行了测量。结果表明 ,其测量值与采用其它方法的实测值基本相同。 The concentration at the exit zone in circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFBB). was measured by image techniques The high-speed video camera system, its spatial resolution of CCD is 7.4μm×7.4μm and recording rate is 30~10000 FPS, was used to capture images of flow field. The particle image recognition techniques were used, with inclusion of perimeter threshold, area threshold and position of center of imaging particle. As a result, image techniques can apply to measure concentration of the CFBB.
