摘要
本组23例后房人工晶体植入后发生前囊型后发性白内障(anterior capsular after cataract,ACAC).视力高度障碍,用Nd:YAG激光切除后,视力均大幅度提高,疗效显著,无10L损伤.
Twenty-three cases of anterior capsular after cataract of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation have been treated by a Nd: YAG laser. After operation, vision of those pa-ients who had serious visual obstacles have been improved very obviously, and the curative effect is prominent. No damage on intraocular lens.
