摘要
厦门市同安区中洲新城区概念规划运用《易经》的生态优选思想,在生态模型上构筑规划模型,提出具有自我修复功能的弹性城市新区开发模式,并采用棋盘式路网和“模块制”来划分土地,力求在弹性的开发中达到平衡发展,实现社会效益与经济效益的双赢。
The conceptual planning for Zhongzhou New City Zone in Tong’an District of Xiamen City has adopted the idea of ecological preference from the Book of Changes,building the planning model on the basis of ecological model.It puts forwards the development model of flexible development that is capable of self-restoration.It divides the land by adopting the chessboard road network and 'modularization',trying toseek a balance inits flex- ible development to reach the win-win goal of ob- taining social and economic benefits.
