高效液相色谱法测定重组人生长激素的蛋白含量 被引量:2

摘要 本文报告用高效液相色谱法测定重组人生长激素的蛋白含量,结果表明,该法结果准确,其平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=2.68%(n=3),重现性好,RSD=0.63%(n=4)。样品毋需处理,可满足不同纯度产品的分析要求。 This article reports that the protein content of r-hGH was determinated by HI-HPLC.The results show that this method is accurate, the mean recovery is 99. 2%. RSD= 2. 68%.The results could be easily repeated, RSD=0. 63% (n=4). The samples do not need to be pretreated. This method is applicable to products of various sources and preparations.
