摘要
“入世”后,我国的建筑施工企业将直接面临日趋激烈的国际竞争压力,建筑产品的计价模式和价格形成机制与国际接轨的步伐必将加快。针对这一形势,对加强企业定额建设并对编制企业定额的必要性、原则、依据和内容,以及应注意的问题作了进一步的阐述。
After China's entry into the WTO, the construction enterprises of our country will be directly confronted with the growing pressure from acute international competitions, and the pace of bringing in line with the international practice the charging mode and the price formation mechanism of construction products will be accelerated for certain. Under this condition, the article makes a further description of the necessity, principle, basis and contents of strengthening the enterprise rating building and the enterprise rating preparation, and of the issues calling for attention.
