含枸杞子等中药复方口服液pH值稳定性试验 被引量:1

Studyon hydrogen ion concentration stability test of compound oral liquid of Chinese medicine

摘要 试用Arrhenius公式为基础的加速试验法对含有枸杞子、五味子、草苁蓉等成份的复方中药口服液pH值进行了稳定性试验。结果,pH值变化与温度有关,其变化规律符合一级反应。预测稳定期为约2年,与实际基本相符。 The hydrogen ion concentration(pH)stability test of compound oral liquid of Chinese medicine contained Wolfberry fruit,Magndia Vine fruit and Boschniakia rossia and so on was performed by the accelerated test that based on the Arrheninus equation.The changes of pH were related to the temperature and its regular was compatible with the first-order reaction.The predicted stable period was about 2 years that basically fit in with the practical status.
