摘要
采用一次性被动回避条件反应—跳台法、水迷宫法的行为实验和３种化学药物所致记忆障碍的模型，观察了刺莓果复合制剂对小鼠学习记忆的影响．结果表明，刺莓果复合制剂明显对抗东莨菪碱所致记忆获得障碍，对氯霉素引起的记忆巩固不良和４００ｍｌ／Ｌ乙醇引起的记忆再现障碍亦均有拮抗作用．
The effects of compasotus rosa
davurica pall preparation(CRDPP ) on learning and memory were studied in mice by using one
trial passive avoidance response. The results show that the CRDPP improves
scopopamine-induced impairment of memory and chloram-phenical-induced disturbance of
memorial retention, and presents an antagonistic action on 400mol/L alcohol-induced
disturbance of memorial recall.
