摘要
油脂厂排放的废水中的污染物质以有机物为主,属有机型工业废水。废水的污染物浓度高、强度大。在工艺设计中,采用了具有独特设计的“除皂”处理工艺,解决了油脂废水处理中的一个难题。通过采用物化-生化组合工艺处理该废水,其结果表明:在油脂精炼进水CODcr≤10 740mg/L、SS≤6 700 mg/L、植物油≤2 440 mg/L的情况下,油脂废水出水的指标分别为CODcr≤22 mg/L、SS≤5.0 mg/L、植物油≤1.0 mg/L,出水各项指标均可达到广东省《水污染排放限值》(DB-44/26-2001)第二时段的一级标准。
The engineering is about treating oil wastewater containing high concentration of organic matter from oil extraction plant and refinery.The main contaminant in wastewater from refinery is oil and soap,and the removal of soap seriously affect the effect of wastewater treatment.In the design of wastewater treatment,the procedure of soap removal was adopted.By physicochemical and biochemical treatment technology,the index of outlet water was COD (cr)≤22 mg/L,SS≤5.0 mg/L,vegetable oil≤1.0 mg/L under the conditions of the index of inlet wasterwater COD (cr)≤10 740 mg/L,SS≤6 700 mg/L,vegetable oil≤2 440 mg/L.The outlet water has come up to A class standards of Guangdong's environmental criteria.
