摘要
在网络经济时代,网络企业主要提供信息产品.从信息产品的特点入手,建模分析网络企业进行并购/联盟的价值动因,得出网络企业具有并购或结成长期联盟的动机.
The society is entering into the network economy times, and the information products are becoming the main products of network-based corporations. Beginning with the character of information product, this paper analyzed the value motivation of network-bsed corporations M&A and alliance with model. The conclusion was got that network-based corporations have the motivation to establish long run alliance.
