摘要
本文探讨了天然赤松母树林的生长发育规律及其更新、种子传播规律。经调查分析：赤松的胸经速生期是第７年开始到２０年，树高速生期是第５年开始到２０年；正常生长的赤松林是在第２０年时开始结实，第５０年时种子质量开始下降；为了保证母树林的稳产、高产，保证种子质量，应在第１５年时进行疏伐，５０年后停止采种，赤松种子的有效传播距离是２０～３０ｍ，赤松在林冠下以及撂荒地上更新均为良好。
