摘要
通过对比改革开放前后中国政府行政理念的差异,本文从关于政府改革的目的、政府改革的制度途径、建构新型政府的社会基础等三个方面,深入分析了邓小平为当代中国政府之行政理念转型所奠定的坚实现实基础。
By comparing the apparent difference of Administrative ideas between before Reform and Opening-up and after, this article will tell us Deng's function on transformation of contemporary government 's Administrative idea by three aspects :the thoughts on task of governmental reform ,the thoughts on institutional path of governmental reform , the thoughts of social foundation of new government construction.
