摘要
"健康第一"是学校体育教育必须遵循的内容,健康教育理所当然是学校体育的重心和核心。但理论和实践告诉我们,除了健康教育外,合理开发竞技运动对丰富和活跃学校体育的内涵,保障学校体育的地位,帮助和促进学校体育目标的实现都有着积极意义。
The saying that health is the most important as an achievement that the school physical education has reached though recent years continual research and that has been the health education is the center of gravity and the core of the school physical education. But we are told by theories and practice that besides the health education, the proper exploiture of athleticism also plays an important part in enriching and flourishing the meaning of school physical education, maintaining the statue of school physical education, helping and advancing the realization of the purpose of school physical education.
