摘要
高等职业教育的迅速发展 ,对高等职业院校的师资队伍建设提出了新的更高的要求。本文介绍了我院新形势下师资队伍建设的措施 ,并对存在的问题提出了几点思考。
The swift development of high vocational education puts forward new and higher demands for the construction of high vocational teachers. This paper presents, under the new circumstances of our college, the measurements of the construction of teachers and ponders over the existing questions.
