摘要
本文研究了超声振动式光纤切断器用新型压电振动刀具的机械阻尼特性、振幅特性及频率特性,并研制了光纤切断器实验样机,在此基础上对影响切断质量的几个主要参数用正交实验法进行了优化实验。优化后的实验样机与进口光纤切断器切出的光纤端面主观质量非常接近,达到预期效果。
The mechanical Characteristics of a new piezoelectric cutter for ultrasonis optic fiber cleaver is studied. Some prototype tests of cleaver adopted piezoelectric cutter is presented for parameter optimiza- tion. The optimized result shows that the cutting quality of fiber end obtained with the prototype is what expected.
