摘要
目的通过检测二甲基硫脲(dimethylthiourea DMTU)对大鼠视网膜光损伤后丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)水平的影响。方法 40只大鼠随机分成对照组及实验组,光照前24 h 及光照开始前,实验组大鼠沿耳缘静脉各注射 DMTU 500 mg/kg(溶于生理盐水),对照组大鼠沿耳缘静脉各注射等量生理盐水,两组中的30只大鼠经手术显微镜灯泡连续照射1 h,于光照前及光照后3个时间点急性处死大鼠,进行视网膜MDA 含量检测。结果光照后两组间同一时间点比较,实验组较对照组 MDA 含量低,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论 DMTU 能够降低 MDA 含量,对视网膜起防护作用。
Purpose To evaluate the MDA levels and identify the effect of DMTU on MDA in response to photochemical insult to rat retina.Methods The experiments were performed on 40 SD rats which were.separated into two groups,control and treated groups,and the latter received ear marginal vein injections of DMTU(500 mg/kg)at 24 hours and immediately before starting light exposure to the eyes.In the control group,physiological saline was injected instead of DMTU.The animals were exposed continuously to visible light with an illuminance level of(19000±1001.3)Lux for an hour in general anesthesia.The levels of MDA in rat retina were tested before and at 24hrs,6 and 10 days after light exposure. Results The MDA levels of the treated groups had significiantly lower value than those of the control groups(P<0.01) after 24 hrs,6 and 10 days light exposure respectively.Conclusion By decrease in MDA,the DMTU may produce an ameliorative effecgt on retinal photochemical injury of rats.
