摘要
以磷酸单酯 (PL)为表面改性剂 ,对 β -磷酸三钙 (β -TCP)粉末进行表面改性研究 ,通过测试 β -TCP粉末改性后的水性接触角 ,观察SEM颗粒形貌及分析XPS表面元素和基团 ,表明 :PL改性后的 β -TCP微粒具有良好的疏水性和分散性 ,且颗粒粒径在 0 .2~ 1.2 μm之间。
Monophosphate(PL) were used in surface modification of β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP )powder. Then the modification parameter was determined and the modification effect was tested. SEM observation indicated that the surface modified β-TCP microparticles were uniformly dispersed and the diameter of microparticles were about 0.2~1.2μm. XPS test proved that a chemical bond between PL and β-TCP could be made. The experimental results show that the β-TCP microparticles modified with PL possess a good hydrophobic property and distribution.
