The paper elaborates on the operational model, institutional framework and effective working method of European Union in the field of vocational safety and health, introduces some experience in the aspects of construction industry and dangerous chemicals. Also it introduces the status quo of vocational safety and health in Russia and Spain, summarizes European Union’s working experience in the field.
