摘要
报道含三齿配体N,N 二(2 苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺(简写为IDB)的单核镍配合物Ni(IDB)2(CH2COO)Cl·2H2O(Ⅰ)的合成。对(Ⅰ)进行了元素分析、摩尔电导、紫外———可见光谱、红外光谱、自旋共振谱和循环伏安研究。推测配合物中镍离子(Ⅱ)为六配位的八面体结构。该配合物或许可作为脲酶的模型化合物。
The synthesis of a mononuclear nickel (Ⅱ) complex Ni(IDB)_2(CH_3COO)Cl·2H_2O (Ⅰ) is reported (the tridentate ligand IDB is (N,N-di(benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl)amino)). The elemental analysis、molar conductivity test,UV-Vis,IR and ESR spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry (CV) of the complex have been conducted. Its coordination geometry is suggested to be close to octahedron or distorted octahedron. The nickel(Ⅱ) atom in the cation of the complex has distorted octahedronal coordination geometry and is six coordinated by six nitrogen atoms, four nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole groups and two amine nitrogen atoms from the ligand IDB. The complex might be a good model compound of urease.
