摘要 目的 :观察钙离子拮抗剂伊拉地平的临床效果。方法 :对临床近百例患者应用伊拉地平进行临床观察。结果 :对原发性高血压及伴有肾功能损害的高血压有较好的疗效。结论 :伊拉地平由于降压效果显著和安全 ,无心脏抑制作用 ,保护肾功能等优点 ,值得在临床上推广使用。
