摘要
频谱分析仪对射频工程师来说是必不可少的测试工具。然而各种频谱分析仪实现方法不尽相同,如带通滤波 器频谱分析仪、中频滤波器频谱仪和FFT频谱仪。本文着重阐述频谱分析仪的实现原理和发展阶段.并在参数说明中对分 辨带宽和视频带宽对测量显示结果的影响加以分析.并且对两种不同的频谱分析仪在各性能参数上进行了分析比较。最后 对面向通讯领域的新一代频谱分析仪做了介绍。
Spectrum analyzer is an absolutely necessary tool to RF engineers. But bandpass filter, IF filter and FFT spectrum analyzers′ realization methods are different in some parts. In this paper spectrum analyzer′s realization principle and development phase are emphasized, and the measured result affected by resolving bandwidth and video bandwidth is explained in the part showing parameter function. At the same time analysis of all kinds of performance parameters is made for different spectrum analyzers. Finally spectrum analyzers of new age that orienting on communication domain are also introduced.
