摘要
引进了虚拟水概念,探讨了虚拟水战略实施的基本思路,并以西北干旱区为例说明了虚拟水战略是解决区域性水资源稀缺的有效途径和保障区域水资源安全的一种新思路.
The concept of virtual water is presented here. The virtual water strategy is discussed systematically. Taking arid land in north-west China as an example,we think that virtual water strategy is a valid path to solve the scarcity of water resources scarcity; meanwhile it is a new idea to achieve water security in the region.
