摘要
广州石油化工总厂配套电厂高温锅炉主蒸汽管旁路管管座与旁路管之间的焊缝经常在运行中出现热裂纹, 导致高温高压蒸汽从裂纹处泄漏, 甚至出现旁路管断裂现象, 严重影响生产、安全和经济效益。依据在 220t/h高压燃煤锅炉及配套汽轮发电机主蒸汽系统检修中的经验, 对缺陷进行了理论分析, 并提出有效的消除措施。
The welds between the steam main by-pass pipe saddles and the by-pass pipes of the high-temperature boilers in the auxiliary power plant of SINOPEC Guangzhou Petrochemical Complex cracked frequently,causing leakage of high-temperature and high-pressure steam and even breakage of by-pass pipes,which seriously impacted the operation safety and economic efficiency.According to the experience in maintaining main-steam system of 220 t/h HP coal-fired boilers and attached steam turbo-generators,a theoretical analysis on the defect is made and effective solution presented.
