摘要
介绍了深圳能源集团妈湾发电总厂 1号机组大修中采用纯十八胺保护工艺进行金属防腐保护的应用试验研究, 并就出现问题提出改进措施。试验表明, 纯十八胺用于机组停备用设备保护效果明显, 保护过程水汽品质无异常变化。
This paper describes the test and research on applying pure octadecylamine to anti-corrosion protection of metal during overhaul of Unit 1 in Mawan General Power Plant under Shenzhen Energy Group Co.,Ltd.,and brings up improving suggestions in the light of the problems encountered.Test results show that pure octadecylamine is effective for lay-up protection of generating sets,causing no abnormal changes in steam-water quality during protection.
