摘要
江西省是我国鲜食及加工型糯、甜玉米的优势产区,其大部分地区可以春、秋两季播种。另外,糯、甜玉米作为鲜食及加工特用型玉米品种,有着普通玉米高产、稳产的特性,又具有自身优良特性;糯、甜玉米含有较高的支链淀粉及多种类型糖分,是两种有益人体健康且营养丰富的食品;糯、甜玉米作饲料,特别是糯玉米子粒作饲料,可以提高农畜产品的产量和质量。因此,产业化开发糯玉米和甜玉米是江西省调整农村种植业结构的重要措施,可极大地促进江西省农业的经济发展。
Jiangxi province is an advantage area of waxy and sweet corn production in China, most of its areas can plant waxy and sweet corn in the spring and in the autumn. In addition, the waxy and sweet corn have not only characteristic of high and stability yield like common corn, but also with high amylopectin and sweet content. And the waxy and sweet corn are high quality and nutrition. As silage, especially waxy corn as fine fodder, the waxy and sweet corn can raise the production and quality of animal products. Therefore, industrialized exploitation of the waxy and sweet corn could be very important measure in the adjustment of corn planting, and this could greatly promote the development of agricultural economy in Jiangxi province.
