摘要
以江苏13所高校实施《学生体质健康标准》的试点工作为依据,通过建立一套机制、实现两个互补、加强三个协调、注重四个结合、实行五个制度的管理模式的分析和有组织的集中测试、学生自主测试、及两种测试模式比较的测试运转模式的分析。提出在管理模式上:领导重视、组织健全是实施《标准》的前提,智能化、信息化管理是实施《标准》的必然,齐抓共管、通力协作是实施《标准》的关键,深入研究、不断完善是保持实施《标准》生命力的动力;在测试运转模式上:妥善安排、合理调配是确保《标准》成绩准确性的保证,集中和自主测试相结合是《标准》测试行之有效的方法,测试仪器的合理配置是实施《标准》的保障的测试管理模式思路。
By investigating the 13 colleges' measure management of fitness and health of college students,the author puts forward the system of management model on the measurement,and finds out a lots of principles we should fulfill in out this test.
