摘要
结合足球运动的速度特点,以及高校高水平足球运动员身体素质和训练的特殊性,对高校高水平足球运动员的速度素质进行研究,发现高校高水平足球运动员的速度素质较差,呈下降趋势,并且发现了影响他们速度素质的主观和客观的因素,特别是速度素质训练方法上存在的问题,提出了合理化建议和解决的方法。
Speed quality is the essential one for players.The paper combines speed characteristic of football and the peculiarities of physical quality and training for the high level football players in the college.The paper studies the speed quality of the high level football players in the college,finding that their speed quality is decreasing with the lower level.It also analyses the subjective and objective factors influencing their speed quality,esp.,the problems in the speed training methods.In the conclusion,the paper raises reasonalization proposals and solutions.
